Take a breath, connect and be present with our Self.

We talked about the power of our breath.

It provides a moment for us in between stimulus and response.

In that space is an entire universe.

In that space we choose what reality we want to live in.

That space is an opportunity to become present.

The food we eat will become the molecular fiber of our body in 30-90 days.

Take a breath, connect and be present with our food choices.

The people we spend the most time with will be the lifestyle we maintain.

Take a breath, connect and be present with our relationships.

The entertainment we consume will become our subconscious beliefs.

Take a breath, connect and be present with what programming we give our energy to.

The present is where we decide.

The present is where we create.

The present is where we enjoy the life we’ve manifested for ourselves.

The present is where we give appreciation.

The present is the entirety of our lives.

When we miss the present, we miss life.

When we live in the present, we live life.

Choose life.

Choose the present.

It’s a gift.
