7th Pillar of Wellness - Sleep

“Eat better or work out more, and you’ll see the benefits weeks, months, or even years down the road. Sleep more, and you’ll see the benefits tomorrow."

But let’s be real—knowing that probably won’t change our late-night habits, right?

We still find ourselves staying up later than we should, scrolling, working, or just trying to squeeze in that last bit of the day.

Personally, I struggle with this pillar of wellness the most.

In our fast-paced world, rest often feels like a luxury rather than a necessity.

But rest isn’t just about catching some sleep; it’s about reconnecting with our Self.

It's about healing, rejuvenating, and honoring our deeper need for restoration on all levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual.

When we make rest a priority, we are engaging in one of the most powerful forms of self-care.

It’s a practice that not only fuels our body but also elevates our consciousness and strengthens our spiritual connection.

Rest is a sacred act that aligns us with our highest self and deepens our connection with the Divine.

So, how do you currently prioritize rest in your life?

Are there ways you can better honor this sacred need?

This month, let’s explore our relationship with sleep, and more importantly, with rest as a whole.

It’s time to rethink how we treat rest.

It is a vital part of our human experience.
