Join the Trust Challenge

As we wrap up the month of May and our 2nd pillar,Trust, in the realm of Mindset I want us to challenge ourselves a little bit.

How many times have you thought to yourself, “eating healthy is too expensive”?

Or, thought “I don’t have time to exercise”?

Or, thought “I don't see the point in meditation”?

The challenge is to think - “what would really happen if I did those things anyway?”

Do you  not trust that if you spend money on healthy food that you will not have your other financial needs met?

Do you not trust that if you set aside time to workout, cook and meditate that you will not lose your job, lose your relationships or time to yourself to relax?

The challenge is to really finish those thoughts and answer the question of what would really happen?

Do you consider yourself a Spiritual woman?

Can we dare trust that if we choose to take care of these beautiful bodies that we will be taken care of in return?

On a practical level, when we nourish our bodies with wholesome, nutrient-rich foods, we are investing in our long-term health and vitality.

Yes, organic food and quality ingredients may cost more, but what is the cost of poor health in the long run?

By prioritizing our nutrition now, we are creating the foundation for a future filled with energy, vitality, and well-being.

Similarly, when we carve out time for exercise, meditation, and other self-care practices, we are investing in our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Yes, it may mean saying no to certain things or re-prioritizing our schedules, but what is the cost of neglecting our own needs?

And on a spiritual level, which energy is consuming you?

Are you consumed by the energy of evil, shadow and fear that discourages you from trusting yourself or your God?

Or are you consumed by the energy of God, Source and the Universe that promises you your every desire if you trust?

The sacred text says, all we need is the faith of a mustard seed.

As spiritual women, we understand the power of faith.

And faith is another word for trust.

So have trust– trust in ourselves, trust in the universe, and trust in the process of life.

Let’s challenge the belief that healthy food is too expensive or that we don't have time to invest in our health.

Let’s not focus on what we might lose by prioritizing self-care and instead focus on what we might gain.

Let’s trust that the time and money needed to take care of ourselves will come back to us exponentially.

Let's dare to trust that if we prioritize our health and well-being, we will not lose anything.

As a matter of fact, my experience is that the more we invest in ourselves, the more abundance flows into every area of our lives.

So let's embrace self-care as an act of love, trust, and power, knowing that we are worthy of the time and resources it takes to nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits.

Understand this…. when women take care of themselves, we create a ripple effect of love and healing that extends to those around us and the generations to come.
