Breathe. Create space. Become present. Co-create.

Let’s chat a little more about creating space with our breath.

In this space there is no right or wrong. 

In this space there are only actions and behaviors that bring you closer to or farther away to your desires. 

So, take a deep breath.

Create the space.

Use this space to think. 

We are creating space between the many stimuli in our crazy busy world  and our response. 

And in this time, it’s not about making the ‘right’ or the ‘wrong’ decision. 

It is an invitation to become present.

It is time to consider the actions and behaviors that will bring us closer to our desires. 

We are creators.

There is no need to judge.

Remove labels like right or wrong, good or bad decisions….there is only what we create.

Taking deliberate deep breaths, creates the opportunity to sit in a space that allows us to deliberately co-create the life we want.

It is an opportunity to make intentional decisions that reflect our true Goddess power.

And we can learn how to breathe better, not just when stress hits, but every day. 

Just like professional athletes and yogis use breathing to focus on their training and further their practice, we too can incorporate breathing techniques into our day that slow distracting thoughts and help us find the clarity we need.

Think about some of your impulse decisions….

Reaching for that bag of potato chips? 

Sitting down and opening TikTok or Instagram before going to the gym? 

Hitting send on that aggressive text?

Not accepting that invitation due to insecurities? 

Screaming at your partner/kids?  

When these situations arise again, take a deep intentional breath.

Inhale…let your belly rise.

Create the space and explore what actions and behaviors will bring you closer to your desires?
