Our Human Design is Divine
The Divine does not get tired or grow weary.
Exhaustion and fatigue are reserved for humanity.
Resting our human body is partaking in our Divinity.
It is another way we are fine tuning our bodies to higher frequencies, where our highest Self and favorite timeline are.
Rest is not a luxury; it's a divine right and a reflection of our sacred nature.
It is a true demonstration of our trust and faith.
Jesus Himself slept during a storm on a boat, demonstrating His human need for rest and His divine trust in God's protection.
When was the last time we slept through any storm in our life?
Whether it be friends, family, work, finances, or health.
We prefer to over exert ourselves trying to control the weather, when we could just rest in faith.
Being made in the image of the Divine means we are entitled to rest without guilt or compromise.
Embracing rest as a fundamental aspect of our existence aligns us with our true power.
AND our mental and physical health.
As above, so below; as below, so above…remember?
What happens in the Spirit, is reflected in the body.
What happens in the body, is reflected in the Spirit.
Denying our body sleep, is denying direct communication with God/Source.
Denying our humanity is denying our Divinity.
Denying our natural need for rest is rejecting the Divinity of our human design.
How can you embrace rest as a divine right in your life? What beliefs or attitudes about rest do you need to shift to honor it fully?
