Halloween & Sleep – When the Veil is Thinnest

How beautiful, how Divine, that we end October and our month of rest on October 31st, Halloween.

Legend says that it is on this day when the veil between the living and the dead is the thinnest - just like when we sleep.

As we celebrate Halloween, we are not just wearing costumes or handing out candy, but also honoring the sacredness of life, death, and everything in between.

Today is an invitation for us to reflect on our personal cycles of death and rebirth.

How are we evolving?

The leaves are falling and Mother Nature is preparing for winter.

From her example, we can learn the importance of releasing what no longer serves us and to make space for growth.

This is the time to honor the "deaths" we've experienced so far this year—whether it was letting go of old habits, relationships, or dreams.

With grace and reverence, let us accept and embrace our natural need for transformation.

This process creates the energetic space for us to set intentions for new, more aligned, beginnings.

And, our receptivity to fall is an opportunity to nurture our spiritual Self, enhance our intuition, and align with the energetic, natural, flow of the universe.

This is a powerful time for self-reflection, healing, and setting intentions for our next chapter.

And when October 31st comes and goes, remember, we still get to experience the potency of this cycle.

Every night, when we rest, we can practice the spiritual significance of death and rebirth.

"Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds."

What might you produce if you agree to rest?
