Getting strong physically, helps us stay strong mentally. We don't need to spend hours in the gym. Getting fit is about quality time, not quantity of time.
Our moods and emotions are heavily impacted by what we do or don't eat. We don't need a special or restrictive diet. The best way to get fit is to nourish your body, which requires food
Mental health is directly related to the physical health of the body. How can we expect to feel healthy, vibrant and alive when we eat lifeless products and don't move our body?
Ultimately, it is important to keep in mind that life IS going to happen. No matter how great life gets, there will be situations and circumstances that arise that remind us that life is an up and down roller coaster.
So, our job is not to try to eliminate or navigate around these inevitable challenges. Our job is to show up to these challenges healthy and strong, so they don’t take us out.
