Don’t Settle. Desire More.
Don’t settle for the dis-ease we are being forced fed.
Discipline yourself to desire complete wellbeing.
Yes, being healthy and staying alive should be easy.
No, it’s not supposed to be this difficult.
No one should feel like obtaining and maintaining good health is hard…but here we are.
We are the only species who creates their home environment to not support our health or humanity.
And because we are so impressed and distracted by how quickly technology is evolving, we are ignoring how equally fast our health is declining.
I don’t know if the two are related. But I do know that our desire for the ease, convenience and profitability of fast paced digital society, far surpasses our desire for our own wellbeing.
Not only do we not think about our health, but the desire to be healthy is gone.
Many of us are frustrated, fed up, confused and so we ignore ourselves.
Again, our modern world isn't exactly designed with our health in mind.
America is devolving.
We are going backward in our ability to keep ourselves healthy and alive.
Think about it – we live in a world where everything a human needs to thrive is working against us.
From the food we eat, water we drink, the air we breathe, the clothes we wear and the products we use, the fabric of our society and the environment we live in is actively making us sick.
And the worst part?
Nobody seems to be teaching us how to navigate this toxic landscape.
Our medical experts don’t teach us to listen to our bodies, they write us prescriptions.
Our government supports the sale of ‘food’ that is literally being rejected by our bodies in the form of obesity, depression and chronic illness.
And because we cannot properly process this ‘food’,our body gets inflamed and fights it like a foreign enemy.
Even our bottled water is being recalled due to pollution.
But here's the thing – it doesn't have to be this way.
We have the power to take back control of our health and humanity, starting right now.
Let's take a page from nature's playbook.
Animals instinctively know how to take care of themselves.
They rest when they're tired, eat when they're hungry, and listen to their bodies' cues.
It's time we start doing the same.
Sure, the world around us might be trying to pull us down, but we don't have to let it.
We can choose to honor our bodies and prioritize our well-being, even in the face of adversity.
It's all about discipline – not in a punishment kind of way, but in a self-loving, self-respecting kind of way.
Discipline ourselves to want more.
Can we discipline ourselves to desire only the best for our bodies?
Right now we are disciplined to not care, not ask questions and to not take action in our own best interest.
Did we forget we are allowed to want better?
If we allow ourselves to have the desire for health and wellbeing, then the Universe/God will answer.
We don’t need to know how it will happen….that’s not our job.
Our job is to allow ourselves to feel the desire.
Don’t forget, we are a living, breathing slice of Divinity in human form.
We are allowed to DESIRE MORE for our human form
We are allowed to DESIRE BETTER for our human form.
We are allowed to DESIRE THE BEST for our human form.
And when we finally allow that desire to burn in our heart, THEN we will discover how.
Then we will see the posts, hear the whispers, feel the nudges, meet the people, see the signs that will guide us and show us how.
But it starts with the discipline to desire better for ourselves.
Let this post spark your desire into a flame that burns bright in your heart.
God/Universe will answer.

Discipline is the final Pillar(after Worth and Trust) in the realm of the Mindset.
Next month we enter July and the 1st of three Pillars in the realm of Spirit.
