9 Pillars of Wellness

The 9 Pillars of Wellness is the foundation for the practice of sacred self-care.

These pillars remind us that true wellness is more than just physical health; it is a beautiful blend of mind, spirit and body. Each pillar, representing the innate spiritual connection with our body.

  • Mindset is the foundation upon which our perceptions and realities are built. It represents the mental processes that dictate how we interpret and interact with the world. In connecting to the divine, our mindset determines the quality of our thoughts and beliefs, shaping our spiritual path and physical realities.

    Worth - Your subconscious only allows you to have what it believes you deserve.

    Trust - What holds us back is not who we really are, but who we think we are not.

    Discipline - Remembering what you want the most.

  • Spirit encompasses our inner essence, the spark of the Divine within each of us. This pillar reminds us of our connection to something greater than ourselves, guiding us towards purpose, meaning, and inner peace. It is through nurturing our spirit that we align with the Divine, tapping into an infinite source of love, wisdom, and strength.

    Breathe - Breath is everything breathe is life.

    Connection - We will be in tune with our bodies only when we truly love & honor them. We cant be in good communication with the enemy.

    Presence - Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift. That’s why we call it the present.

  • Our body grounds us in the physical realm, allowing us to experience life in its fullness. It is in this realm that we practice alchemy - using what is provided to us in the physical realm to be transmuted into Spiritual fuel.

    Rest - Eat better or workout more and you’ll see the benefits weeks, months or years down the road.  

    Sleep more and you’ll see the benefits tomorrow.

    Nutrition - Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food

    Movement - When your body surrenders to movement, your soul remembers to dance
