Pre-disposed is NOT Pre-determined

Trust yourself to do better than those that came before you.

Don't let race, genetics, generational trauma, the neighborhood you grew up in, past ‘failures’, etc. dictate your destiny.

Just because obesity, heart disease, depression, anxiety, diabetes are familiar to the people in your life, does not mean you're destined to follow suit.

Your predisposition to a health condition is not your ultimate destination.

Your predisposition is an option.

Your predisposition is asking you a question.

And you answer with your actions.

Your actions either say, yes, I accept this condition.

Or your actions say, no, I desire something different.

And our actions are simply the external expression of our internal thoughts

So, what do you think?

Do you trust yourself to do better?

Trust yourself to do better than what you are used to?

Trust yourself to do better than what you know?

Trust yourself to do better than what you see around you?

Do you trust yourself to make healthier choices and pave your own path to wellness?
