Breath is everything.

Breath is life.

Welcome to the 4th Pillar of Wellness - Breath

Breath is our introduction to the real of the Spirit.

We will explore three Pillars of Wellness, in the Spirit realm, over the next three months.

And we start with Breath.

What does breathing have to do with achieving and then maintaining health, fitness and wellbeing?

Everything!

We can go days, weeks or even months without food or water.

We cannot go more than a few minutes without breath.

Breath is essential for sustaining life—it represents vitality, energy, and the connection between the physical body and our Spirit.

Because it is an involuntary function, it is not something we give much thought to, let alone are intentional with.

But, much like our thoughts and love, other involuntary functions, the real power is in being intentional.

Yes, we can settle for functionality and just being alive (most people do) or we can level up to mastery.  

Mastery of our breath is critical to our overall wellbeing and therefore the definition of success.

Whether it is from a purely scientific standpoint or rooted in any number of spiritual traditions around the world, breath is considered the essence of life. 

Breath is a fundamental and widely recognized symbol of physical vitality and spiritual connection.

This month we will learn and appreciate what a lifeline intentional breathing is to our health, sense of freedom and relationship with Spirit.

We are in the month of July and our 4th Pillar of Wellness - Breath
