3 Things I Won’t Be Doing in 2023 to Stay Healthy & Fit

Sis...Who cares???!!!

While we are talking about and focusing on what we won't be doing, we could be using that very same energy to focus on what we WILL be doing to look and feel our best.

If you aren't DOING the right things, you can't stop doing enough of the bad things to get the results you want.

Results come from doing!

To look and feel your best there are things you must DO

You must...

  • Build strength in your body

  • Eat for nourishment

  • Stretch to prevent injury

  • Rest for recovery

  • Hydrate

  • Nurture mental health

Go in the direction of your goals!

Your health and fitness goals are right around the corner if you continue to move in that direction.

When you are excited about vacation you aren't thinking about all the ways you WONT get there! You are thinking about how you can best enjoy the ride to get straight to your destination. This is no different!


Add the good stuff

We tend to focus too much on everything we are told to cut out of our diet and stop doing.

Those 'bad habits' more naturally fall away when you are focused on adding the good.

So first things first in 2023...

Focus on 1-2 things you can add or start doing to look and feel your best!
